    Hangzhou Shalom EO has successfully evolved the classical super-polishing technique, the technique developed by Shalom EO could ensure roughness less than 1Å of the optics while accommodating volume quantity production.

    Hangzhou Shalom EO offer the Super polished lens, substrates and mirrors made from various substrate materials: BK7, UV fused silica, Zerodur, ZnSe, ZnS, Ge, Si, CaF2, MgF2 and Sapphire. A unique technique progressed upon the classical polishing method is developed in Shalom EO to make the super-polished optics, therefore <1Å surface roughness can be obtained, with ultra-high surface flatness and surface quality. Our technology effectively minimize scattering to avert the loss in laser systems, the mirrors are suitable for applications such as Deep Ultra-violet (DUV) lasers, ultra-high power laser systems and ring laser gyroscopes.

    Shalom EO provides Super polished substrates and mirrors, as well as Super polished mirrors for Ring Laser Gyros. The Super polished lens, substrates and mirrors are inspected by the atom force (AMF)  roughness measuring system and Zygo interference flatness test instruments to ensure optimized quality. High Reflection (HR) and Anti-reflection (AR) coatings are also  available.
